The number one person who will refer your business is a happy customer. And that’s why it’s important to take care of existing clients. Keep them happy so they continue to buy from you. Plus, you’ll generate additional sales from their referrals!

Referrals are most likely to happen and be successful when a number of factors play nicely together.

  1. There must be no risk. Your customer needs to know, like and trust you to enable them to have confidence in referring you.
  2. Your customer must experience exceptional product and/or service.
  3. They must be educated and have knowledge on what you offer and who it best suits. And finally, you need to;
  4. Ask. Amazing how many people forget this step!

Very few business owners put any thought into developing a referral marketing strategy. A referral marketing strategy is simply a plan to get clients telling others about what you offer
