Can I join this program anytime?
Website Mastery will be made available as a self paced online learning program from June 2012. So if you’re going to be away or have other commitments right now, that’s OK! When you enrol, you receive lifetime access to Website Mastery. You can do the course and create your website when it suits you – in a few weeks, or later this year if you like! The lifetime access means that for as long as we offer Website Mastery you have access, including access to any new content or updates.
What type of website can I create? Will it be professional?
Yes it will be professional. The new website you build if you join Website Mastery will depend somewhat on your creativity, but mostly on your desire to achieve a great website that you love. You must be keen and enthusiastic to learn and to implement. Just follow my tutorials and tips – and as part of Website Mastery you’ll end up with a fabulous website that you love!I’ll be providing several options for choosing the design and theme for your website. There will be plenty of free theme suggestions, where you just need to add your company name and tagline, header or logo. We’ll also provide resources for premium themes that do have a fee attached – but these are optional!
I know what I want to create, how can I be sure it’s possible?
Perhaps you’ve seen another website or layout that you adore and you want to be sure you’ll be able to create what you want? Well the easy way to find out is ask. Let us take a look at what you want to create and we’ll tell you if it’s possible with Website Mastery. This may be an online course, but the truth is we are real people here, and we want our participants in Website Mastery to be awesomely happy ~ so contact us to check in and we’ll do our best to answer your questions and assess your needs.

What kind of support will I receive?
As mentioned above this is an online course, but there are real people here supporting you and wanting your success. You’ll have your questions answered and you’ll be supported throughout Website Mastery. We can’t help with absolutely everything, so if you throw us a question that’s beyond us, we’ll do our best to refer you on to someone who can help or to a resource that will help if available. This benefit alone is worth more than the small investment to enrol in this program.
I already have a WordPress website, would I still benefit from this course?
YES YES YES. Actually this is perfect for you. If you have a WordPress website it just means you are a few steps ahead. If you are reading this it probably means you still want to learn more and need some more help! True? You can skip right over the module where we install WordPress, but every other part of this course is going to be awesome for you. We cover customising your website, managing your website, optimising your website – you’ll learn how to do even more with your website, how to integrate it with social media, optimize it for search engines, do extra fancy stuff, and more. Plus the marketing component is going to be a big bonus for every participant. You’ll pick up many tips to help you turn your website into a client attraction magnet.
Will you cover how to set up an online store?
In Website Mastery we’ve included a mini module on eCommerce and Shopping Carts. Here we cover some simple ways to add products and programs for sale, to your website using either free or low cost shopping cart plugins, or pay per service, third party providers. This is an advanced topic so we are unable to cover every aspect, but we feel it’s enough to get you up and running. And we are happy to answer your support questions as a Website Mastery participant. wherever possible.
I’m keen to do this, but I’m wondering how I would go about changing my website from where it is currently hosted and managed?
We may need to know a bit more about your situation to assess what you need to do. But as an example, if you have your website hosted with a company that also manages it for you, and you don’t have much access then you may want to make a complete switch. Basically you’ll need to set up a new hosting account where you will create your new website. We’ll do our best to help make it simple for you.
